The
Gospel of Love
Although
they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory
of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and
birds and animals and reptiles. Therefore God gave them over in
the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity
for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They
exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served
created things rather than the Creator--who is forever praised. Amen. "

All
of us sinned, be it minor or major, from lying to stealing. And
the wages
of sin is death.
"Come to the Father, all ye
broken-hearted." But God the Father loves each of
us so much that you sent
his beloved son to die for
our sins, yes you and me. And the gospel (good news) is that through
his Son Jesus Christ, we have crossed
over from death to life. We
are saved by faith because of God's great love, and certainly
not by our works, our good deeds or righteousness and not by religion.
Salvation is God's gift, and cannot be earned or being purchased.
Each
of us has a hope and dream, Some hope for happiness and good heath,
while others may hope for healing. People have spent their entire
life working to support their hopes and dreams, but have acheived
little in the end. Life is short and fragile. A traffic accident
can take away our loved one or destroy a hope. Yet my hope lies
in Jesus and his glorious promises of eternal life. And whoever
calls on the name of the Lord Jesus will be
saved. Do not harden your heart any
longer and do not exchange for treasures that do not last. Rather
trade your treasures and sorrows for joy. And Jesus
is the
way and life. I
pray that you will establish a personal relationship with him and
his peace
will
guard our hearts. And surely the Lord will bless you and as a child
of God we can ask
for anything in
his name.
If
you have decided to invite Jesus into your life, you can say this
prayer:
My
Father in Heaven,
I come to you in prayer asking for the forgiveness of my Sins.
I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that Jesus is
your Son.
And that he died on the Cross for us so that we might be forgiven
and have Eternal Life.
Father,i believe that Jesus rose again
and I invite you to come into my life and be my personal Lord
and Savior.
I believe that my sins are washed away and i am now your child.
In Jesus Name i pray, Amen.
